Refund Policy

We understand the value of our work and customers trust in us. Our refund policy is designed to assuage the grievances and dissatisfaction of customers and avoid any unwanted situation.

Paid Double or Extra

If you are sure that you have been charged double or extra, you will be refunded the 100 percent amount.

Plagiarism Found in the Paper

Upon request, we will be obliged to process a refund if the paper that client receives is replete with plagiarism. However, we expect the client to produce a plagiarism report for the disputed paper. Any request of refund without a documentary proof (in the form of Turnitin report) shall not be entertained.

Refund Timeline

Any refund request made after 14 days of final order delivery will be deemed as approved by you and refund request deemed invalid.

Immediate Cancellation of Order

If you want your order to be cancelled moments after you have placed it, you will be refunded full amount paid. This clause only applies to cases when the writer has not started writing it for you.

Order not Delivered

A customer will reserve the right to claim refund in case we fail to deliver order on requested time due to some technical errors or otherwise. In such a case, we will refund the full amount paid.
